My husband, Ken and I would like to extend our utmost, sincere appreciation to your company. The professionalism, patience, courteous, educated advice and hard working service extended to us, went above and beyond our expectations.
Being new to the “retirement” arena, we found it was time for us to sell our beautiful home and downsize to a smaller one, out of state. Time was of the essence and we had placed our trust in another realtor and listed with them. I am enclosing five original HUD-1, Settlement Statements to be completed by all four of your sellers. Also, I am enclosing a division of proceeds agreement, all copies need to be signed, all of the deeds to be signed, etc. If all of this documentation is completely signed, dated, notarized by Florida and Calvert County notaries as necessary, none of the sellers will be needed at settlement.
